The mechanics there are very polite and listen carefully to your concerns and give you vehicle back working better than when you brought it in. I brought my vehicle in for a bad wheel bearing and it felt like I had a tire wobbling when I brought it in for service. By the time the mechanic replaced the wheel hub assembly and did a alignment i Was amazed on my drive home. My vehicle was driving like a brand ne vehicle. Smooth as butter. I was so impressed I even called back to Marks Auto and told the lovely lady answering the phone to tell the mechanic he did a awesome job fixing my vehicle. With the great personality from the front of the shop to all the mechanics this is what I look for in a repair shop. They will continue to have my business. They also will give you a estimated quote for parts and labor using their computer program which is a nice feature because now your prepared to decide and if it is too much for one day of repairs they will even break up the repairs so you can afford your repairs. You get a appointment when to bring your vehicle in. Not all shops do this service anymore. On top of all this great service they even offer local pickup and delivery. I was even treated to a ride back from Walmart when I went to do some shopping while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. They knew I was walking and told me it might be raining soon so if I needed a ride back to just call. Well that's exactly what happened. No sooner did I walk out of Walmart it started raining so I took them up on their off and they came and gave me a ride back. You do not find this kind of hospitality anywhere else.
