At the end of my road trip from Pennsylvania, I discovered my car was leaking coolant at House on the Rock and while calling most local mechanic shops I was told the soonest they could look at it would be after the weekend even after I explained the situation. Mark’s said they could squeeze us in and they really went out of their way to get the part from Madison and our car fixed and back on the road within just over 24 hrs. We were going to have to drive the rental home and fly back for the car, but due to their dedication we’re able to drive our own car home. I probably won’t ever be back in the area with a need for service, but if you are, I highly recommend their shop and services. Also I want to thank them for their patience when we repeatedly called for updates.
